Iconic outdoor brand Eddie Bauer was established in 1920 in Seattle by Pacific Northwest outdoorsman Eddie Bauer . For over 100 years the brand have been creating outdoor clothing and products that have made Eddie Bauer one of the most innovative and respected outdoor brands worldwide .

In 1940, Eddie Bauer patented the first quilted down jacket, “The Skyliner “ He later went on the develop the “B-9 “ Flight Parka for the U.S. Army Air Corps and also the “Kara Koram” down parka for the mountaineering team attempting the first ascent of K2.

Eddie Bauer have been one of the pioneers of the outdoor industry and their clothing has been worn on some of  the world’s most legendary mountains.
